About Choice Janitorial Service Ltd.

We are a reputable cleaning services provider seeking an experienced Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of various locations, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for clients and employees alike.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus 3 weeks' paid vacation time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Make beds and change sheets, clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Mend clothing and linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; willing to train.
