About the Role:

As an Engineering Manager for Infrastructure Solutions at Kiewit, you will oversee the delivery of infrastructure projects from design to construction. Your team will work collaboratively to ensure timely, within-budget, and compliant project execution in accordance with Kiewit's Standard Operating Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project budgets, schedules, and staffing plans with the lead.
  • Write, review, and administer design engineering contracts.
  • Manage deliverables, quality, and compliance for assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with processes and meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of design engineering or design management experience, with roles of increasing responsibility.
  • P. Eng or U.S. Professional Engineering registration is required, or the ability to obtain registration within 6 months from date of hire.

  • Base Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000.
