Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom HVAC equipment, working closely with our Technical Sales personnel to ensure customer requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom HVAC equipment, utilizing technical problem-solving skills to create detailed design packages.
  • Communicate effectively with Technical Sales personnel to confirm customer requirements.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to other Designers in HVAC design.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of design documentation and processes.
  • Assist Design Team Lead with peer review of equipment design.
  • Lead or assist with internal special projects as required.
  • Manage daily tasks autonomously and in conjunction with a multi-disciplinary team to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Mechanical, electrical, and control system knowledge.
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HVAC design and manufacturing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
