About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Fragrance Specialist to join our team at Jo Malone London. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for creating personalized fragrance experiences for our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our fragrance portfolio and product offerings.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on fragrance selection and pairing.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new product launches and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or fragrance sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of fragrance and perfume.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
