Job Title: Training and Development Specialist

Crestline Coach Ltd is seeking a skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs for all employees, including onboarding, product knowledge, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with managers to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees and the organization.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and propose common training needs during yearly budget planning.
  • Develop and implement skills development programs for employees and managers, ensuring the integration of competencies and making adjustments as needed.
  • Establish key technical training as identified by management, coordinate its implementation, and integrate it into the training plan for new employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure the integration of competencies and make adjustments as needed.
  • Identify external training programs that meet the organization's needs and select appropriate options.
  • Implement and maintain a dashboard to track the skills and training of all employees, providing a clear view of progress and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, essential for facilitating engaging training sessions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a background in training needs analysis and program evaluation.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or related industry is an asset, enhancing understanding of the specific training needs in such environments.
