At ENGINEERINGUK, we are seeking an Estate Assets Specialist to join our Consumer Insolvency team. As a trusted advisor, you will help individuals and small businesses navigate financial challenges and achieve financial freedom.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in consumer insolvency, with completion of the Insolvency Administrator's Course. Strong computer literacy, including effective working skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential. Familiarity with Ascend insolvency software and the Bankruptcy & Insolvency Act is also required.

  • Assist in the delivery of our consumer insolvency services
  • Work directly with individuals and small businesses in financial difficulty to assess their situation and assist them in understanding options available under the Bankruptcy & Insolvency Act (BIA)
  • Strategic thinking about debtors' needs by understanding all risks and options, conferring with Trustees on higher risk client acceptance engagements
  • Oversee preparation of documents and required filings such as Statement of Affairs, Proposals, cash flow statements
