Job Description: S.i. Systèmes is seeking a skilled Data Reporting Specialist to support the creation and design of data reporting in the Telecommunications industry.

About the Role: This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract, working 4 days a week on site in Ottawa.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of software as part of an Agile Team
  • Develop functional and non-functional requirements by defining and analyzing system problems
  • Apply experience in modern mobile and/or web application design patterns
  • Utilize expertise in Jira/Confluence/MS Office tools
  • Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical individuals
  • Work within small, high-performing teams
  • Collaborate as a team player, driving initiatives independently when needed
  • Lead meetings and facilitate groups to reach consensus

Mandatory Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting data management projects
  • Experience with data modelling and interface design of reports using client requirements
  • Proficiency in PowerBI or similar BI tools for data reporting
  • Hold a valid Government of Canada Reliability clearance

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience working in the Telecommunications or Utilities industry
  • Bilingualism in English and French (an asset)

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Note that this salary range is based on national averages for similar positions in Canada and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
