Job Overview

Maaron Inc is seeking a seasoned project lead to manage and oversee the implementation of large-scale projects involving PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrades.

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic project lead with extensive experience in leading technical teams to perform technical analysis, design, and implementation for entire project lifecycles.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrades: PUM and PeopleTools, as well as experience supporting system integration and user acceptance testing from technical perspectives.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and overseeing implementation plans and schedules.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with technical leads, vendors, and other resources working on the project.
  • Planning and coordinating with operational teams and providing knowledge transfer for sustainment.
  • Preparing status reports and briefing project sponsors.
  • Tracking and monitoring project-related issues and risks.
  • Assisting in planning oversight for upcoming database upgrades.

Requirements

We require candidates with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as organizational, creativity, and perseverance skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

Candidates must also have knowledge of Single Sign-on authentication using Azure AD for PeopleSoft HCM and experience developing and managing project schedules, deliverables, and scope.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience directing project teams to ensure project deliverables are delivered on time and adhere to government and ministry standards.
  • Ability to promote OPS I&IT standards and best practices for project management to facilitate control of system quality, adherence to standard methodology, and the control of the use of I&IT resources.
  • Experience managing and coordinating project monitoring, anticipating and troubleshooting issues, providing ongoing expertise, resolving problems, and providing project effectiveness.

What We Offer

Maaron Inc offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
