Covemaeker Farms Inc. is seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team as a General Farm Worker.
Job Summary:We are looking for someone who can work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain greenhouses
- Mix and apply fertilizers
- Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- Work in a rural area, exposed to outdoor conditions such as heat, odours, and wet/damp environments
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Will train on the job
- Ability to work 30-70 hours per week
- Fluency in English
- Reliability and attention to detail
The work environment is physically demanding, with repetitive tasks and a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to handle heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
