Intelcom's Cybersecurity Team

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst to join our DETECT team responsible for monitoring Intelcom's environment. The ideal candidate will have five years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment or similar experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Monitoring and Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze security incidents across endpoints, servers, and operational environments, both on-premises and in the cloud.

• Conduct vulnerability management and monitoring to identify potential security risks.

• Perform external attack surface monitoring and management to ensure the security of Intelcom's network.

• Monitor the dark web for potential security threats.

• Analyze and define action plans to handle threats and vulnerabilities.

• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.

Playbook and Process Development:

• Define, develop, and maintain playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for security incident response.

• Ensure playbooks and SOPs are up-to-date, comprehensive, and aligned with industry best practices.

Incident Management:

• Monitor, detect, and analyze security incidents to ensure timely and effective resolution.

• Participate in incident response efforts to ensure effective resolution.

• Conduct post-incident analysis to identify root causes and improve response processes.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Produce clear and concise reports on security incidents and responses.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all security incidents and responses.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.

• Continuously assess and improve processes, tools, and capabilities to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

• Implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • At least five years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment or similar experience.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certification(s) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in defining playbooks and standard operating procedures.
  • Experience with Sentinel and Microsoft Defender suite is a plus.
  • Bilingual (French/English)
