Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to join our team at Driven Brands. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient dispatch of communications and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatching communications and tasks in a timely and organized manner, adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Communicating complex information to stakeholders, providing clear explanations and interpretations as needed.
  • Ensuring that policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining quality and safety controls, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Restocking and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • The ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform other physical activities for extended periods of time.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use a keyboard and mouse to collect and enter information into a point of sale system.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • The ability to obtain a state-issued forklift operating license, where applicable.
