As a clinical professional, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments, therapy sessions, and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities and dual diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of needs, abilities, and behaviors through psychometric testing, interviews, and direct behavioral observation methods.
  • Develop and implement personalized behavior management plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with community partners, including schools, family services, and healthcare organizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, legislation, and policy requirements.

Requirements
  • PhD in psychology from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in psychological test administration and community services.
  • Valid psychologist license and Ontario driver's license.
