At New World Technologies Inc, we are seeking an experienced Electronic Assembly Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly of electronic components and ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of electronics assemblers, fabricators, inspectors, and testers
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Oversee the safety of operations and ensure that all safety equipment is used properly
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in performance evaluations
  • Set up machines and equipment and ensure that they are functioning properly
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electronics assembly or a related field
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team
  • Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and ability to use it to manage production
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years an asset
