About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Immigration Lawyer Assistant to join our team at TOTEM Recruteur de talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate immigration practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other corporate documents.
  • Ensure timely and efficient management of client files and deadlines.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including time tracking, expenses, and billing.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • DEP in Secretariat or AEC in Legal Techniques.
  • 2+ years of experience in business law or taxation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
