Job Description:

beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Corporate Governance Coordinator to support our Corporate Governance team in Ottawa. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in the areas of corporate governance, corporate compliance, and corporate secretarial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation of corporate governance documents, including board and committee charters, meeting minutes, and other corporate governance documents.
  • Assist with the preparation of corporate compliance documents, including policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the preparation of corporate secretarial documents, including annual reports, shareholder communications, and other corporate secretarial documents.
  • Maintain corporate records, including corporate registers, filings, and other corporate records.
  • Prepare corporate governance reports, compliance reports, and secretarial reports.
  • Develop corporate governance training materials, compliance training materials, and secretarial training materials.
  • Prepare corporate governance presentations, compliance presentations, and secretarial presentations.
  • Conduct corporate governance audits, compliance audits, and secretarial audits.
  • Assess corporate governance risks, compliance risks, and secretarial risks.
  • Develop corporate governance strategies, compliance strategies, and secretarial strategies.
  • Establish corporate governance policies, compliance policies, and secretarial policies.
  • Develop corporate governance procedures, compliance procedures, and secretarial procedures.
