About You- You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering) or equivalent experience.
- You possess 5 years or more of experience in construction cost estimating, preferably in a senior role.
- You are proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and other relevant software applications.
- Lead the estimation team to prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze project requirements, including blueprints, specifications, and site visits, to ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather information and negotiate prices.
- Prepare and present estimate reports, bid forms, and other related documents to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure estimates align with project objectives and budgets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the field.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
