Job Title: Construction Laborer


Lawnsmart & Snow Removal Ltd. is looking for a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, measuring weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting, and performing pre-operational inspections.


Other responsibilities include reading blueprints to determine work requirements, erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades, and assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.


Work Conditions: This is a physically demanding role that requires handling heavy loads, attention to detail, and good hand-eye coordination.


Requirements: We are looking for someone with 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, who is flexible, reliable, and hardworking.
