We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Taj Grace Of India. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
  • Clean kitchen and work areas

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Work setting: Restaurant
