About the Opportunity

Hamilton Recruitment is seeking an experienced Actuarial Director to lead our Non-Life Insurance team. As a seasoned actuary, you will be responsible for providing high-quality actuarial advisory services to clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide actuarial advisory services to clients, including loss reserve studies and reinsurance pricing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Develop and implement business growth strategies
• Lead and mentor a team of actuaries
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements

• 10+ years of actuarial experience in industry and consulting
• FCAS / FIA designation (or equivalent) with in-depth knowledge of Non-Life Insurance
• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or other suitable numerate discipline
• Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills
