Job Summary

Saskatchewan Polytechnic is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Literacy and Adult Education Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in multiple areas, including English Language Arts, Health Science, and Mathematics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging learning activities that cater to diverse student needs and abilities.
  • Manage classroom environments to promote optimal learning and student success.
  • Assess and provide constructive feedback to students, ensuring they meet learning objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that meets industry standards.
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education or equivalent degree.
  • Valid Saskatchewan Professional A Teaching Certificate.
  • Subject specialization in applicable subject areas.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and instructional skills.
  • Ability to work with students with special learning needs.
