Senior Pastor

Calvary Pentecostal Tabernacle, Williams Lake is a vibrant community of Christ-following believers from diverse backgrounds and ages. As a Senior Pastor - Community Builder, you will be part of this dynamic community that seeks to discover the life God has in store for them.

We are situated directly across from the local high school and surrounded by residential housing. We actively engage in community projects such as our Back-to-School Backpack Drive, bi-monthly community dinners, and a Wednesday high school lunch program. These initiatives showcase our commitment to spreading Christ's love through generosity and relationships.

You will lead the church in its mission to serve the community and grow as a follower of Jesus. This role involves overseeing various aspects of the church, including spiritual guidance, community outreach, and pastoral care.

• A current ordination with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada (PAOC), or the Assemblies of God (AOG) or approval from the BC/Yukon PAOC District executive officers
• A degree in a relevant field for pastoral ministry
• Proven experience in pastoral leadership, preferably as a lead pastor or senior associate pastor of another assembly
• Effective use of technology and social media for ministry purposes
• Criminal record check and employment references available upon request

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer benefits that support your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
