Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience while helping customers find premium quality eyewear. Your goal will be to consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty, and providing personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

* Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty and providing personalized service.
* Confidently provide an exceptional customer experience through making a connection, attention to detail and offering a unique shopping experience resulting in customer satisfaction.
* Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
* Take pride in the appearance of the store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized. Secure all company assets under one's control.
* Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy
* Self-accountability for sales results through the use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals
* Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
* Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
