The Area Vice President - Strategic Operations will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability in the assigned area. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability in the assigned area.
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of senior managers and staff to achieve business objectives.
- Collaboration and Communication: Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial resources to achieve business objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the delivery of high-quality security services to clients, while maintaining a focus on operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and Company policies, while identifying and mitigating potential risks to the business.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree or college diploma in a related field, or equivalent experience and education.
- Experience: Ten years of progressive management experience, with a minimum of 7+ years of direct management experience with full P&L responsibility and team leadership for multi-branch operations.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in the use of computers and various software applications, including MS Word, Excel, Email, PowerPoint, and understanding various client databases.
Working Conditions:
- Travel: Occasional travel to various Company branch offices and other locations.
- Work Environment: Office environment with occasional travel to client sites.
