Job Description

As a seasoned Oracle Cloud Project Manager at Infovity, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP projects from start to finish. With a strong background in project management and a comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud Applications, you will guide a team of consultants and client personnel through all phases of the project.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Oracle Cloud implementations, with a proven track record of delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. You will work closely with a client-side project manager to ensure successful project delivery, and will be responsible for project planning, communication, coordination, issue management, risk reduction, escalation, and budget tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM/HCM projects
  • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, budgets, and engagement profitability
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and communicate with stakeholders
  • Monitor and report progress to the Steering Group/Sponsor, and escalate any issues as necessary
  • Perform resource management, resource utilization, planning, estimation, release management, and risk management
  • Travel to client sites as required

Mandatory Skills:

  • 15+ years of Oracle ERP experience, with at least 5+ years of project management experience in managing Oracle Cloud implementations
  • Strong project management capabilities and proven experience in delivering complex Oracle Applications projects using Oracle AIM and OUM methodologies
  • High-level functional knowledge of Oracle ERP or SCM or HCM Applications
  • Strong experience in delivery and implementation working for a consultancy/systems integrator
  • Experience in project planning tools like Microsoft Projects
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills

Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education plus relevant experience, in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Management, Business Administration, or related technical field
