Job Description

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Bus Rapid Transit Project Manager to lead the delivery of medium to large-scale BRT projects from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Manage projects to ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence, overseeing technical execution and quality control.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical expert in BRT projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and identifying discrepancies.
  • Business Development: Support the growth of the BRT market by building relationships with clients, assisting with marketing proposals, and tracking project opportunities.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Ensure client satisfaction by consistently exceeding expectations in project delivery and maintaining close relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes, providing leadership and clear direction.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent AECOM by presenting at conferences, publishing technical papers, and sharing expertise in BRT systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (Civil Engineering, Sciences, Urban Planning, Geography)
  • 6 years of relevant project management experience
  • PEng, PMP designation, or MBA or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of specific experience in Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) projects
