Job Title: Grill Cook - Food Preparation Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team at B.C. LTD. as a Food Preparation Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Order supplies and equipment

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral communication skills
