Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Twister's Cannabis Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and promoting our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide advice on merchandise.
  • Sales: Operate cash register, process transactions, and maintain sales records.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Quick learner, accurate, client-focused, and able to work in a team environment.
Work Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
