We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Helper to join our team at MOON PALACE. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet our guests' needs.
  • Take customers' orders and handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Handle and store cleaning products and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate are required.
  • Experience with deep fryer and grill equipment is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads is essential.
  • Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is crucial.
