Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

Swifty's Casual Dining is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery.
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Order Taking: Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely and accurate preparation.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Payment Processing: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with heavy loads, physically demanding, and standing for extended periods.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, initiative, reliability, and team player.
