A highly skilled team leader is required to manage assigned shifts at our rapidly growing swim school. The ideal candidate will have experience in pool operations, leadership, and customer service.
About Us:
We are a leading provider of swimming lessons for children, with a focus on fun and safety. Our team of instructors and deck teachers work together to deliver high-quality lessons and ensure a positive experience for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and support to instructors and deck teachers during shifts
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to prepare the deck for the day
• Interact with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and answer questions
• Act as a GSS ambassador to ensure customer satisfaction
• Complete daily logs and monitor student attendance
• Maintain the cleanliness of the pool facility
• Arrange for replacements for absent employees
• Perform lifeguard duties when necessary
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a swim instructor or youth sports coach
• Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications required
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with staff and customers
