Description du poste

Techo-Bloc, une entreprise de fabrication de blocs de pavage, cherche un assistant comptable pour rejoindre son équipe financière. En tant que membre clé de l'équipe, vous serez responsable de l'analyse et de la gestion des opérations comptables des divisions de l'entreprise.

Responsabilités

  • Assister le contrôleur dans la préparation et l'analyse des états financiers et des notes dans les états financiers;
  • Assurer le suivi et le rapprochement des actifs immobilisés;
  • Participer activement au processus de fin de mois et de fin d'année avec les auditeurs externes;
  • Suivre les « prix de transfert » pour les transactions redistribuées dans d'autres entités juridiques;
  • Assurer le suivi des frais payés d'avance, des créances courantes et des versements mensuels;
  • Rapprocher tous les types de registres (inventaire, comptes payables/recevables, vente);
  • Réévaluation F/X des dettes, des créances et des comptes bancaires dans d'autres devises;
  • Validation des écarts de paie;
  • Redistribuer les coûts partagés entre les entreprises liées;
  • Calculer et suivre les provisions mensuelles.

Responsabilités en matière d'analyse financière

  • Assister le contrôleur dans la préparation du budget annuel en collaboration avec les directeurs de département;
  • Calculer les bonis pour les différents départements en fonction des objectifs;
  • Assister le contrôleur dans diverses analyses financières (inventaire, ventes, COGS, marge, compagnies d'assurance, amélioration des processus);
  • Participer aux réunions mensuelles avec les directeurs des opérations;
  • Participer avec le contrôleur à la migration vers AX 365.

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat en administration, option comptabilité;
  • Détenir un titre comptable (CPA);
  • 1-3 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, (à titre d'assistant contrôleur, un atout);
  • Expérience dans le domaine manufacturier (un atout);
  • Bilinguisme, verbal et écrit (l'anglais est nécessaire pour servir nos clients aux États-Unis & en Ontario);
  • Connaissance de Microsoft Dynamics AX (un atout);
  • Maîtrise avancée d'Excel;
  • Excellente capacité d'analyse & grand sens de l'organisation;
  • Posséder le souci du respect des échéanciers;
  • Capacité de travailler en équipe, apte à gérer les situations de stress, et autonome.
