About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Agricultural Laborer to join our team at Wah Kiu Farm Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Management: Assist in the planting, cultivation, and irrigation of crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Harvesting and Packing: Participate in the harvesting and packing of fruits and vegetables, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to support crop management and harvesting activities.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain the work area, including greenhouses, to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of daily progress, including crop management and harvesting activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in agriculture or a related field is an asset.
