Software Development Team Lead

We're seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead our Service Core team, driving the development of our zero-code experience builder and administrative platform. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of developers, fostering a collaborative culture, and overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of critical project features.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the success of the team.
- Allocate resources effectively, establishing priorities to meet strategic product objectives.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of crucial project features, ensuring the availability, scalability, and performance of systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PM, UX, QA, and documentation teams, to drive project success.
- Proven experience in managing front-end and full-stack development teams.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional roles, including PM, UX, QA, and documentation teams.
- A strong track record of building intuitive and simple-to-use applications.
- Experience with TypeScript/React and Java/Scala.
- Experience with B2B products.
