About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Dining Room Server to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our dining rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently ensure food quality, presentation, and service delivery meet established department standards.
  • Prepare and provide meal service to residents and guests according to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure dining room appearance meets established standards, including table linens, place settings, and wait stations.
  • Clear tables, load and safely operate dishwasher, and complete manual ware washing as required.
  • Contribute to the team environment, working towards departmental goals and priorities, and provide ongoing feedback to the Food and Beverage Manager.
  • Promote a safety culture by continuously working safely and identifying and reporting hazards.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong commitment to teamwork and safety. You will have a high-school diploma or equivalent education, at least one year of experience in serving food or customer service, and the ability to provide a clear criminal record check upon hire.
