About This Job

The Lion Framers Ltd is seeking a skilled Carpenter - Structure Assembly to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for the assembly and installation of various building structures, including walls, floors, and roofs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare building layouts in accordance with building codes, utilizing measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials to construct building frames.
  • Install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, and hardware, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Work Environment

As a Carpenter - Structure Assembly, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment. You will be required to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and be physically active for extended periods.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
