Asem Engineering Ltd is seeking a skilled Computer Systems Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and developing engineering designs and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that all documentation packages and drawing sets are completed accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer-aided design (CAD) and experience working with engineering design software. You will be responsible for examining drawings for conformity and errors, and for developing and preparing design sketches. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare engineering designs and drawings using CAD software
  • Develop and prepare design sketches
  • Write specifications
  • Complete documentation packages and drawing sets
  • Examine drawings for conformity and errors

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language
