Job Summary

We are seeking a Resort Guest Services Agent to join our team. As a Resort Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for creating a memorable guest experience with helpful and welcoming service. You will be the nerve center of our hotel/resort operations, processing payments and completing guest transactions to ensure guest satisfaction is met and exceeded.
