Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess advanced understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry concepts, with previous certification or hotel maintenance experience being an asset. Strong leadership skills and the ability to compute mathematical calculations will also be beneficial. In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring team members to create "picture-perfect" guest experiences, preventing minor maintenance issues from becoming major problems, and providing direct reports with resources and coaching for their development.



Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Investigate and address maintenance requests to prevent issues
  • Provide resources and coaching to direct reports
  • Create schedules to meet peak demand periods and manage labor costs within budgeted parameters
  • Execute assigned tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Support recruitment efforts and maintain a positive work environment


Working Conditions

This role requires flexibility to work long days and weekends during peak periods or to meet deadlines. You must be able to manage multiple demands, lift up to 75 lbs, and work independently when necessary.
