The Wilson Group is currently looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time opportunity with a minimum of 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have experience working in retail, preferably as a cashier or sales associate, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and facing merchandise
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service an asset
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, which may require standing for long periods, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Regular breaks are provided to ensure the employee's physical and mental well-being.

Compensation
