Test Automation Engineer

RideCo is shaping the dynamic on-demand transit landscape with its cloud-based software platform, empowering public transit agencies and fleet operators to provide efficient shared rides. As a key member of our Test & Automation Team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation of our platform, collaborating with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to determine requirements, investigate issues, implement test cases, and report on test results.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Validate new functionality of mobile, web, and back-end applications for correctness, completeness, accessibility, usability, scalability, and security
• Develop test automation strategies and frameworks
• Build, maintain, and enhance tools that streamline and automate all forms of testing
• Analyze and report the results of testing efforts in a clear and timely manner

The Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of experience as a Software Developer and/or QA Engineer
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
Excellent communication skills, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of software quality assurance and control in mobile, web, and client/server applications
Experience in process automation and automated testing
