About the Role

Teleperformance is seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist - Google Ads to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering product training programs based on needs analysis and new product launches. You will also provide training and support to sales teams on how to implement Google Ads in a way that benefits end clients through increased profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver product training programs based on needs analysis and new product launches
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on Google Ads
  • Track and measure training results
  • Complete at least 1 call shadow per week
  • Deliver 2 progressive trainings per week +1 Microlearning session
  • Onboard new hire classes
  • Present Training updates and insights on a weekly basis

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Min. 1 year of training experience in a sales driven environment
  • Extensive knowledge of Google product offerings
  • Strong interest in delivering training in a classroom and remote setting
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  • Public speaking skills
