Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Head Chef to join our team at the Palacio Event Centre Corp. as a Kitchen Operations Manager.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned chef to lead our kitchen operations, overseeing menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to manage multiple tasks, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen staff and oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of events and services.
  • Create menus and recipes that meet customer expectations and dietary requirements.
  • Collaborate with event coordinators to develop customized menu plans and presentation styles.
  • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to maintain exceptional culinary standards.
  • Maintain inventory control, ordering supplies, and equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role or as a senior chef.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to provide precise attention to detail and ensure accuracy in menu preparation.
