Job Title: Financial Administrator

About Us
Church's Texas Chicken St. Albert is seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization.

Salary: $45,000 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Financial Administrator who can handle various accounting tasks with ease. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work accurately and efficiently, and possess strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cheques for payroll and calculate fixed assets and depreciation
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, post journal entries, and prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Reconcile accounts and prepare tax returns
- Use MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to manage financial data and create reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
- Post-secondary education in a related field such as accounting or business administration
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Simply Accounting software
