Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Rainbow Daycare & OSC. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, including daycare equipment and facilities.
  • Lead activities that promote learning and development, such as storytelling, singing, and outings.
  • Assist in record-keeping and communication with parents and staff.
  • Encourage children to express their creativity through various mediums.
  • Support children in developing good habits, such as eating, dressing, and using the bathroom.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with licensing regulations and best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • Basic security clearance and medical exam.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
