Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver for Seniors to join our team at Manoir Outremont. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication safely and in accordance with established protocols.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized care plans for residents.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident interactions and observations.
  • Promote independence and encourage proactive care among residents.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations.

Requirements:

  • Member of the OIIAQ (Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières auxiliaires du Québec).
  • Current CPR/AED training certificates.
  • PDSB training.
  • A professional studies diploma (DEP) in healthcare assistance or nursing.

Job Details:

This is a permanent part-time position requiring 16 hours of work per week, split into four 4-hour shifts from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with every other weekend included.
