Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Sourcing: Review requirements of our establishment and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate prices, discounts, and credit terms with suppliers, and oversee the distribution of merchandise to our outlets.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels and manage the flow of merchandise to meet customer demands.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of procurement activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in procurement or a related field is an asset.
  • Languages: Fluency in Bosnian, Croatian, and Serbian is required.
  • Work Setting: Wholesale establishment/store environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, and a team player.
