We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at West Parry Sound Health Centre. As a Registered Nurse in Primary Care, you will be responsible for providing excellent quality patient care and leadership to members of the healthcare team within the nursing units of the Health Centre.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and leadership to members of the healthcare team
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and community resources to deliver patient-centered care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients
- Conduct physical assessments, health teaching, and clinical decision making to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize various computer applications and software related to healthcare programs to document patient information and track progress
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Previous experience in Nursing, with a focus on Acute Care Nursing (IV starts, Wound care, Ostomy care)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and community resources
- Knowledge of various computer applications and software related to healthcare programs
- An attractive hourly salary of $39.00 per hour based on experience
- Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP)
