Our progressive work model, PinFlex, offers a flexible approach to living and working. At the intersection of Business and Product, you will drive advertiser performance and provide in-market feedback to our Product organization, influencing ad and measurement solutions strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and deliver measurement tests and analyses for Pinterest's advertisers using internal and external measurement solutions.
  • Develop data-driven guidelines and best practices to enhance performance measurement support.
  • Improve Sales and advertiser comprehension and adoption of measurement through training and education.
  • Collaborate with global Measurement partners to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Help Sales articulate the Pinterest value proposition and handle objections using measurement knowledge.
  • Communicate complex measurement concepts to non-technical audiences and influence client measurement thinking.
  • Engage in strategic conversations with advertisers' senior stakeholders to challenge and influence measurement practices.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of digital ads measurement experience in a technology company, media agency, consulting firm, advertiser, or research company.
  • Expertise in measurement concepts, solutions, and statistical fundamentals in the ads measurement ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and turn numbers into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, independently, with Sales, Product, and other Partner Measurement team members.
  • Experience communicating complex measurement concepts with Partners of varying measurement sophistication.

I n-Office Requirement Statement: We gather for key moments of collaboration and connection. This role requires in-person collaboration 2x per quarter and must be in a commutable distance from our Toronto office.
