Job Description: Warman's Welding Ltd. is looking for a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products. You will also be required to interpret welding process specifications and operate hoisting and lifting equipment. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the metal fabrication industry and a strong attention to detail. The work environment is fast-paced, and you will be required to stand for extended periods. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
• Interpret welding process specifications
• Operate hoisting and lifting equipment
• Operate previously set-up welding machines
• Fit, braze, and torch-straighten metal
• Operate oxygen arc cutting equipment
• Operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines
• Stand for extended periods
• Repetitive tasks
• Attention to detail
• Hand-eye co-ordination
• Steel-toed safety boots
• Hard hat
• Safety glasses/goggles
• Gloves
• Welding helmet

Requirements:

• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the metal fabrication industry
