Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dispenser Service Technician to join our team at Master Builders Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operation of liquid admixture dispensing systems at our customers' concrete manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and/or calibrate dispenser equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Monitor dispenser equipment to ensure it is operating as expected and perform routine maintenance as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and identify the root cause of operating errors and seek problem resolution.
  • Work independently and with little supervision to ensure the efficient operation of dispenser equipment.
  • Travel between Canada and the United States to perform job duties.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.
  • Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical aptitude required, with experience with AC, DC, and pneumatically operated equipment preferred.
  • Good computer and communication skills.
  • Ability to wear fall protection gear for 2 hours at a time.
  • Must be bilingual in English/French.
  • Physical abilities to include routinely carrying heavy loads (not to exceed 75lbs/34kgs), climbing ladders, and pulling hoses, airlines, and electrical cable throughout customer's plant.
